Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM scores highest in current offering category of HCM vendor report

Oracle has been recognized as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Human Capital Management, Q2 2023. The report, published by Forrester Research in May 2023, evaluated 11 vendors based on 28 criteria across three categories: current offering, strategy and market presence.
